     John Provost has been studying philosophy and religion for nearly 30 years.
     He is a  Philosophy instructor at Monterey Peninsula College and has been offering
     courses and lectures on Integral Philosophy and Spirituality since 2007, as well
     as a number on online classes.

     John has been actively involved in Contemplative practices since 1991.  He has been
     studying Integral Philosophy since attending the  California Instsitute of Integral Studies
     in l993.
