Lemon Ice Box Pudding
Juice of 2 lemons
1cup sugar
2 well beaten eggs
Cook in double boiler till thickened. When cool add 1 cup of cream whipped and 1 cup of chopped nuts.
Roll enough vanilla wafer cookies to line a casserole and to sprinkle on top of pudding. Chill. Serves 9 (or more with small servings)
